This tutorial guides you through configuring identity federation with Microsoft Intune for your Cloud Temple organization.

Prerequisites​

  • Administrator access to Microsoft Intune
  • Owner rights on your Cloud Temple organization
  • Access to the Cloud Temple console

Configuration​

The configuration of identity federation with Microsoft Intune follows a similar process to EntraID, with specificities related to mobile device management.

Step 1: Configuration on Microsoft Intune​

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Intune portal
  2. Navigate to the authentication settings
  3. Configure a new application for Cloud Temple

Step 2: Configuration Request​

To configure the federation with Microsoft Intune, please create a support request in the Cloud Temple console specifying:

  • The name of your Organization
  • The name of a contact with their email and phone number
  • Intune configuration information
  • Desired authentication settings

Step 3: Test and validation​

Once the configuration is complete, test the authentication with your Intune users to ensure that the federation is working correctly.
